“The shoes where not suitable so i returned them on the 03/02/2015. I am still waiting for my refund. supply a cus/serv fone number, totaly frustrating. not happy. never again”

“A well constructed 3 in 1 jacket , size fits as should (10) , my daughter was desperate for a new jacket and with past experience, 'Field and Trek' do not disappoint ! Also being in the sale it was certainly a bargain she is well chuffed with it , lovely and warm ! Highly recommended .”

“I'm disappointed that the jacket arrived with a hole under the right arm. I'm not sure if this was due to the jacket arriving with the hanger and some how the hanger has got caught on the jacket during transportation.”

“Not impressed with the courier- Yodel- or your customer serivce department. Yodel sent a text message saying that they had attempted a delivery, which they did not,(I was in all day) I contacted customer service by e mail and did not receive a reply!!”

“Boots look and feel great very comfy, ordered online as they were much cheaper than in the shops. Although the boots are great the box was something else. It was battered and creased, there were coffee cup rings on the lid, and when I opened it it almost fell to bits. Come on field and trek your dispatch dept. is letting you down.”

“Great prices, quick delivery and the ski trousers were exactly as described. Quality for the price is excellent. The true test will be on the slopes of course, but based upon my experience, I would have no hesitation in purchasing again from Field and Trek.”

“Ordering was quick and simple but when I picked pick up instore I was still being charged £3.99 so got items delivered to my door for same cost , items came within 3days as stated but had to return one item due to being to big for me and found this quite an ordeal first there was no invoice etc in parcel to tell me how to return the item had to go back on to website and find out you have to download returns label of site then fill it in then you have to pay to have the package returned which I found to be quite expensive so found this part of the service pretty poor . Have asked for item to be exchanged so will wait and see if being charge for it to be delivered .”

“Unfortunately the coat sent was tagged as medium but was in fact small (label in the collar said so...) no easy way to phone and query whether i could take to a store and exchange as i was going skiing in a weeks time. When i tried to re-order on line to save time they had sold out! so unfortunately i had to take my business else where and see if i can get a refund including packaging.”
