“Karrimor Orkney Pants arrived with Security Tag attached. According to the Returns Advice form we are expected to pay for postage to send back the item to have Security Tag removed. I am not happy about this as I shouldn't have to pay for the trouble of getting the Security Tag removed.”

“Products bought were very good value for money, very pleased with the Tech shirts and soft shell jacket from Karrimor. Was pleased with the fact it was attempted to be delivered very quickly after ordering, however not pleased with Yodel delivery. Day 1: card left in mailbox, saying will attempt delivery tomorrow. Day 2: Came home from work, another card in mailbox, same message. Day 3: Same again, despite me re-arranging delivery on Sat through the automated contact system. Day 3: Card in mailbox on Fri said parcel returned to collection depot for me to collect! Rang up and spoke to a person who apologised and re-arranged Sat delivery, which happened. It's not just Yodel but so many others continue to try to deliver during the day in working hours! They deliver up to 9pm, so why try re-deliveries in working hours!”

“Delivery, returns, email queries to customer services, all dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is that when I returned an item for refund, I received an email confirming receipt and cancellation of order, but it did not confirm that the refund, and how much, was being or had been done--no mention at all. This meant I had to email customer services for this information, which is a waste of their time and mine, when it could, and should, be included as a matter of course in the cancellation note.”

“Ordered several items from Field and Trek.com. I ordered a thermal top in 2 different sizes and thermal leggings two each of two different sizes ie) 4 pairs of thermal leggings. Unfortunately one of the boxes contained a different size leggings to what was written on the box. This meant I had to PAY TO RETURN the item and reorder again. This seems to be because some stock is coming from Sportsdirect.co.uk and not from Field and Trek.com. Very disappointed.”

“Very pleased with this coat which I purchased for dog walking, it's lovely and warm and so far water proof. the only thing I don't like about it is that when I have the hood up there is a constant rustling noise from the material otherwise, if it wasn't for that would have given 5 stars.”

“We ordered a tent on 20 JAN, and the money was deducted from our account on 21-01. There was a 5 day delivery. To date(30/01/2015), we still have not received the tent. After e-mailing several times, as there is no phone Nu, they explained 1 week ago the tent was with the courier....7 days later it has still not arrived. When asking to combine postage....this also seems impossible... We asked for a phone Nu to discuss, as I am keen to get a refund, and buy a tent elsewhere....no response yet.... The Jan sale is nearly over and there are other companies still selling the same Overrule very poor customer service. I would appreciate if they can contact me to discuss as requested.”
