“Delivery and service was excellent but sadly the item was faulty and I've had to return it. As it was boots costing £80 I have had to pay postage at £11.00 to track the item and I am unsure as to whether I will receive a full refund (although I am entitled to this). It would be helpful if a different system for returning faulty items was available (eg return to store perhaps?). Pity as the service was good.”

“I ordered a pair of walking trousers and they came within a couple of days but were slightly too small. I emailed to ask if could return to Sports Direct store to save return postage. They replied the next day to say yes and if store don't have right size can get a voucher to reorder online. Excellent service and fantastic price.”

“I have worn Brasher Supalites for a number of years for general use and challenge events and have been delighted with them - a great mix between comfort and functionality. They have taken me to the top of KIlimanjaro twice in the last four years and I would highly recommend them. Unfortunately, I had to return my latest a pair of Supalites when one of the eyelets came out and I believed that this was due to a manufacturing defect. I asked that the boot be repaired and returned but I was delighted with the Field and Trek response which went way beyond my expectation of a repair. I was notified that I was to receive a replacement pair of boots and they arrived without further discussion in a few days. This was a totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated, and was a fine example of exceptional customer service. Well done to Field and Trek - for a timely and satisfactory resolution to a customer problem - I could not have asked for a better response. Extremely satisfied customer from Scotland!!”
