“Although I ordered shoes on Tuesday I have not notification that they have been delivered to Field & Trek Guildford even though I paid for delivery this week so no comment. I am therefore disappointed.”

“I was surprised at how quickly I received the product being it was internationally. My only issue was the conversion chart to US size they supplied on the website was inaccurate. They said a 9 in US was a 6.5 in UK size which isn't accurate. I really needed to order a UK size 7 to reflect a US size 9”

“Courier said that they attempted to deliver at 16.19 but there were three people in the house and no one rang the bell or knocked. Very annoying as there is no number to contact Hermes on and ask for delivery to be made. I came home from work especially. Also no way of contacting field and trek either so they can't chase it up.”

“I ordered some Karrimore sandals on Friday evening for collection from Sports Direct (costing £4.99) and they arrived there on Monday. Also I got a £5 voucher. So from this experience I am very happy. Only concern would be returning for different size etc. would incur hefty postage costs.”
