“Don't understand how I was charged £4.99 for postage when it was delivered to store, any other company does not charge for store delivery. If I knew that it was to be charged I would have had my items delivered to my home address. Was it a mistake that I was charged for delivery? Sheila Bartlett”

“I've bought plenty of great brand outdoor walking boots, snow boots, ski gear, fleeces and children's outdoor wear from Field & Trek over the years, so they were the first place I turned to for trail running shoes. Not only did I get a huge bargain (£139.99 down to £13 - YES, THIRTEEN POUNDS), the web site was easy to order through as usual, with clear Click and Collect at our local Sports Direct store or home delivery options (I went for the latter), and I received up dates to my phone on the day my parcel was expected. I wasn't at home so it was left in my nominated safe place and I was very happy to see it on my return. Many thanks F&T, we will always come to you first,”

“Equipment arrived with a small part missing - the rubber button from walking poles. I bought these to use on a holiday and rather than return everything I tried to get F&T to send the relevant part. Phone numbers are never answered. Neither is the complaints service. I am faced with returning the lot for a refund for the sake of a rubber bung! Where is the human contact in all this. it could be sorted in seconds!”

“Received what was ordered in four days. Happy with product. Delivery cost was too much in my opinion. £4.99 for standard delivery, or £4.99 for delivery to Sports Direct. I have no desire to ever step into Sports Direct but if delivery was less to there I might have considered it.”

“I cancelled my order immediately after ordering, however after emailing (there is no contact number) several times, I received no contact from anyone. I am now tracking my delivery and have no way of stopping it! I have neve encountered an online company like this and find there lack of customer service very disappointing. When the order comes I plan on refusing it and hope that eventually I will get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!”
