“The product was perfect for my wife and fitted perfectly. The price was very competitive too. The only slight negative was a slightly longer delivery period than we would have expected but all in all, very happy!”

“Having previously used Field & Trek successfully and without any problems, I was extremely unhappy with the service on my recent transaction. The item I ordered (a sports bag) was not suitable (it happens)...it was far too big for what I needed. There were no alternative items suitable so I arranged for a refund and to return the item....this is where the problems started...First of all, I only received a partial refund....why ?? no explanation !!! and second...it cost me £13 to return the item via your recommended postal service...thats nearly a third of the cost of the item in question....outrageous. I sent a message to you via your contacts page asking that I be refunded this ridiculous amount but have no response. I've since purchased a bag from another supplier but I'm afraid to say that I will not be using Field & Trek again as I now find find myself several pounds out of pocket !!”

“very happy with the quality of the jacket, however I have to return it as I think you large size seem a little smaller, I would recommend going a size bigger upon ordering to other customers. I also think a prepaid label should be enclosed in case people should need to return an item because of size difference, other than that I will carry on using field and trek for all my outdoor/sports and other items very good service.”

“I had been trying to track down Falke RU4 socks (in the UK) for some time so when I found them at a good price on Field & Trek I was very pleased. It just took 3 days for the order to come through and I was kept updated on the order every step of the way. Very pleased with the service and would definitely buy again.”

“Field and Trek sold me a brilliant pair of walking sandals, (Karrimor). Got them in the sale so superb price even with the additional delivery charge. Very pleased as they were delivered just before I had to go out, so no problems at all with receiving them. Very pleased indeed that I made an online purchase with this company. “Clearly writing their own reviews to lose the poor ones. AVOID. Paid for items that never arrived and there is no way of contacting their customer service. Unresponsive for the past 7 days, left out of pocket and had to purchase items from another store. Avoid them”
