“Very good prices but i tried to contact (in aftersales@fieldandtrek.co.uk) for a change in my order a couple of times and after some days my order was shipped without any answer. The reason that i tried to contact was that the price of an item in my bag was updated in the item's page but not in my bag - so the amount i was charged was different from the amount i was asked to pay!!!”

“On Thursday evening, my son found the trainers he wanted. I clicked to select, clicked paypal, authorised it, and sent the order. On Sunday morning they were delivered. How can that not be a perfect purchase? Oh, and the trainers were over £30 cheaper than another site I looked at.”

“Terrible customer service - to this date I have not had an answer to my email (as there was no phone number I was only able to email) I ordered the wrong size and contacted field and trek to cancel the order. Needless to say no response and the wrong item delivered which I now have to pay to return as well as paying to be delivered. Probably only to be expected from buying from effectively sports direct. Never again.”

“This is the second time I've ordered from field and trek. The first time my item sent missing in transit and wasn't replaced as I was told it was then out of stock. This time I went to collect and instead of putting the right item in the package someone had decided to put a completely different pair of shoes in there. I'm awaiting the correct pair to be sent out still. I really don't think that this qualifies as very good service. Two orders made, neither successfully fulfilled. I will not be using field and trek again”
