“Items ordered were delivered in a timely manner, curiously they were delivered in a very large bag, enough to get 5 x the amount in? The goods were as advertised and new.the price labels look just like the ones used in sports direct? Whatever, I got what I wanted without having to drive into town:)”

“I was abouts to give up as I couldn't find anything from any other websites , life was hard an depression was setting in !!! Then all of a sudden an email from field an trek changed my whole outlook on life ! I found all the clothes I wanted an for cheap , this has somewhat had an epic impact on my life as I have found happiness , and are marrying later this year . “Items purchased were two pairs of footwear. I have fairly wide feet and a high instep. 1. Karrimor Hot Rock LowSn00 Charcoal/Yellow 8.5 Product Code: 183714/03/285 These are a good fit and can be worn with thin and thicker socks. 2. Muddyfox TOUR200 Low Sn00 Char/Grey/Blue 8.5 Product Code: 144094/26/285 These are quite tight across the toes and I would advise against buying these even in a larger size if you have a broad foot as the re-inforcing of the upper seems to prevent their stretching to fit. My pair from past years seemed to have a lower toe height and some give Both items came very quickly and double wrapped. If I had a criticism it would be that the customer should not have to pay for returns where the fitting is different but the product is the same.”

“The service was swift, simple and the products as described. A negative is that Yodel (the courier) simply left the package outside the front door when delivered. Not clever, as anyone could have taken it. When you have a 12 hour window for delivery but no specific time, it is clear that not everyone can wait by the front door all day.”

“I ordered a pair of walking boots and since the difference between standard delivery and next day was only £2 I went for 'next day'. No problems at all and boots were delivered in less than 24 hrs of my ordering. Boots were exactly as described and as I wanted. Unfortunately they were too small but full details were supplied for return (although this was at my expense). I returned them the same day asking for a larger size. Field & Trek kept me fully informed at each stage - I had at least 5 emails - and replacement boots were sent to me (at their expense) within 4 days. Very confident now to deal with this company and happy with my boots!”
