“My order was delivered very quickly, earlier than the estimate, which was excellent. However, one of the items on the order was missing. I queried this and have had to fill in forms to confirm that I am telling the truth. The process could take up to 10 days according to the website which is a lot longer than the original estimate of delivery. I would rather have waited longer for the correct order and have it delivered correctly. I am still awaiting a response from field and trek.”

“We have used Field & Trek for decades - since long before the Internet, and they have always offered a huge range of high quality outdoor equipment - and still do. When required, customer service is good, and delivery of ordered items is much quicker than estimated on the website. However, personal account maintenance and ordering process is less than slick with confirmation e-mails taking hours (even up to a day) to arrive - aren't these automated?”

“tried on a pair of Salomon X ultra trainers in the shop in betws-y-coed. Had the exact same shoe previously and wanted another. they didn't have the green ashphalt I wanted and the very helpful assistant said I could get them on the internet. It turns out you can only get the black/autobahn on the website too. An improvement would be for you to tell me this in the shop so I could have walked away with them then instead of having to then order them and be in for delivery. That said the assistant was very knowledgeable and indeed showed me the a-pro which was even more comfy but lacked the gore-tex liner”

“The order I made on Sunday 9th August I was pleasantly surprised to receive on Tuesday 11th August; the only drawback being that as it's a present for me from my wife at the end of the month I've yet to try on the boots!!”

“No problems with the ordering process and delivery was quick I ordered the Karrimor stretch trousers as I I had previously bought the lined winter Karrimor trousers in the same size and they were fine, unfortunately the stretch trousers are very small for the size so now the y will have to be returned at my expense which I am not happy about.”
