“Ordered a pair of Merrell walking shoes size 10 and was very impressed with the speed of delivery. However, when I received them they looked very small for a a size 10 and were unable to get them on. The size label on the shoes showed the correct size, which i ordered but they were clearly not a size 10. To confirm the correct size I took out the insole and compared them with my Meindl, Brasher and Clarks walking shoes insoles and in all cases the Merrells were 15mm smaller. Accordingly i have returned them by registereded post as advised which has cost me a further £11.00. NOT best pleased.”

“Parcel was delivered the day following purchase which was excellent except the delivery date was scheduled for 5th day after purchase, subsequently we were not in to receive the delivery and the parcel was left with neighbours who are now apparently away on holiday and may be for 2 weeks. If there is any problem with the shoes it may be some time before these can be returned.”
