“Everything was excellent apart from the carrier who was a day late after emailing delivery would be 15.9 and then apologising at 6pm .I had stayed in all day as they required a signature.I have had trouble with Yodell before.”

“Ordered Salomon boots. My shoe size is UK10 but ordered 10.5 to allow for socks. On delivery boots were far too small. Returned for exchange and requested 11.5. Required to pay £6 plus postage. This must be a frequent complaint as the boots were visually and obviously not size UK 10.r5 All other aspects of the transaction were fine”

“Good communications at point of sale and before and after delivery. Product arrived very quickly and the delivery company used common sense and left it with neighbour. Great price for GPS watch and great delivery service.”

“Ordered goods on Wednesday & got then the next day, paid for next day delivery. One pair of trousers arrived out of the packing & were dusty, this will come off in the wash. If they had arrived perfect 5 stars would have been given.”

“The boots I bought are incredible value. To be proven once they arrive. In terms of communication, it is OTT. I have received emails from F&T and their carrier advising the same information. I have at present received 4 from each party, and am at the goods are in transit stage only. Hopefully from your organization point of view these are all automated responses. From my point of view they are irritating. Too much info. I will however remains customer. Regards. Ian”

“My delivery came but unfortunately the trainers are too small - one of the pit falls of ordering online. I would like to change them for a larger size but from what I can make out I need to send the small ones back at my expense then pay another £4.99 delivery charge to get the larger size - is this the case.”
