“I am impressed with your service. The ordered items were promptly dispatched, and well packaged. Sadly I needed to return one item as it was slightly marked. The replacement was sent immediately, and with no quibbling. If all companies in the UK were as efficient as yourselves the country would be booming. David McDowell”

“Not my first order from Fields. Again excellent service. I'm pleased with the shoes ordered. Ordered in stock Loake shoes from Peter Christian at the same time only to receive an e-mail a day later saying they expected (is that a maybe) to fulfil the order in two weeks time. Quite a contrast! Well done Fields. David F.”

“I have no complaint with Fields who despatched my order promptly and in full. However their distribution company, Interlink Express were less reliable delivering my order into my green recycling bin and not leaving a card to tell me where my parcel could be located. Fortunately I checked the bin before putting it out for collection!”
