“I ordered a pair of Loake brogues which I had had my eye on and my mum decided as a treat to pay for them for me as they aren't exactly cheap. The shoes arrived and fitted perfectly. In fact they look fantastic however the box that they were in was damaged. I do tend to keep my good shoes stored in their boxes so it is a shame that these came damaged. They were a gift for me however if I had bought them as a gift for someone I wouldn't be happy at the condition of the box they arrived in.”

“Order and delivery very smooth, boots damaged on arrival and not as advertised. Don't stock the boots anymore, so think I have been sold a display pair.”

“Very good website and friendly to find products and complete the buy. Downside was the next day delivery "promise", and, even been informed by email, having the articles delayed.”

“I ordered a dinner suit and 2 dinner shirts with regular collars. When the parcel came one of the shirts had a wing collar. I phoned and was told that someone would ring me back but I had to ring again. I then found out that you did not have any other shirts of my size with regular collars. Rather than send an alternative it would have been helpful to phone me to see if a wing collar was acceptable. I now need to go to Cromer, some 4 miles away to find the nearest DPD Pick up shops.”

“I ordered a pair of trousers on thursday 25th for delivery on friday but they did not arrive tried to find out on the computer but was not supplied with the delivery number,so could not check on the delivery, i am typing this message on Monday at 9-45 and they have not arrived yet.”

“The service was great and the item was dispatched very quickly, arriving the next day despite changing the delivery address from home to collection at Doddle. The jacket itself was very nice but too large, which was unexpected as I have similar style jackets in the same size 42L which fit perfectly. Unfortunately similar jackets in the required smaller size are currently out of stock.”

“Next day delivery great.White Tuxedo Jacket came boxed and as expected a little creased. I was collecting a suit from the cleaners and took jacket and asked them to press it.They noticed a mark on the front of the jacket and drew it to my attention. Jacket fits well . I do not intend to return it as I want to wear it before I could return and get replacement. I do urge thorough inspection of garments (white Tuxedo) before despatch”
