“I have been looking for this brand of sweater for my father for years now ... he had a couple of sweaters this brand and loved them, but I couldn’t find them in shops at all. Eventually saw some in a local shop so took the brand name and went on website.... Fields came up with the right colour and the service was v good! Hope it fits him! Thank you”

“I needed a new raincoat, black dress trousers and a waistcoat. Ordered on 12 Dec. delivered to me in Guernsey on Saturday 16 Dec. Very pleased with the quality of all the items. Raincoat fabric was thicker that I anticipated, but I was happy with that. I would recommend Fields Menswear to a friend and I will use them again.”

“I found the service relating to my order second to none but unfortunately the product was not what I expected. I read clip on bow tie to be just that, not the clip on being the neck strap. I have returned the product and await their comments regarding the postage I have paid in both directions for what I consider to be an ambiguous product description”

“Unable to 5 star as although email confirmation of order was prompt and polite, delivery time was excellent and parcel arrived as and when expected - unfortunately the item sent was not the colour ordered. After emailing Fields - to report their error, I was almost immediately contacted on the telephone with an apology and to arrange exchange and delivery to suit me. I would not hesitate to recommend and purchase from Fields.”

“Fast service and great value but confused at the 'free returns on all orders' statement when the invoice paperwork that arrives with the order doesn't include a return label and states that returns postage cannot bd refunded!”

“Product quality is good, although fit is a bit tight in comparison with other makes of the same size. I was very disappointed that as both items that I ordered were out of stock initially, (jacket & waistcoat and then trousers) that I was charged carriage on the trousers! Actually there was no option to link the order!”

However in instances such as yours if you notify us we will be happy to review shipping charges. As you would have qualified for free shipping had the second item been in stock we have refunded the delivery charge for the trousers. “I ordered a Blazer which was delivered the next day. The quality was excellent and the style was as expected. Unfortunately the sizing was a little out and the blazer was too small to wear. A short phone call resulted in returns information sent almost immediately. I am happy to wait for my size to come into stock. quality great and service good”
