Have used fieldsfor 20 years but unfortunately never again. Got measured & fitted out. Returned to collect & all alterations were wrong. When we finally got the suit home I went to a function. Put things in my inside pocket & everything fell through into bottom of jacket lining. Pocket hadn't even been stitched. Now they have stopped the herring bone material due to a retirement of the suit maker. Sad to See decline of what was a fantastic shop & legacy.

Make special offers in FMT but never in stock. Lost any credibility they had.

I am a very large man and have obtained suits from them before but this time I was humiliated and embarrassed by the sales assistant , very upsetting for a company that advertises itself as catering for all sizes, I was made to feel that I was a nuisance because of my size, I will not be going back again and further more will advise my lodge members to boycott this company and spread the word to other lodges, a hurtful and humiliating experience , I am disgusted and insulted

Dear Sir, We were appalled to learn of the poor level of service you state you received when you visited us in store. We pride ourselves on good customer service and your experience is unacceptable. Please accept our sincerest apologies, as a long term customer we hope you will appreciate this incident was isolated and not a true reflection of us as a company. Web site said it would around on Friday, but carrier suggests Tuesday. Review request arrived Saturday........

I tried ordering for "next day" delivery but on that day the courier company contacted me to rearrange delivery because they were incapable of achieving such a goal, no matter how good your service is you are being dragged down by associating with a courier that is incapable of delivering. Overall this combination fails to get you above a score of zero

Can't really comment on the products as they haven't been received yet. Oh dear how are we expected to rate a service 24 hours before we are due to receive goods

Order number 6066 (WEB 6066) I ordered on 12/02/16 by phone with your Adam Brown and immediately emailed you when you had got my name spelt incorrectly as was my address....more importantly the addressee was also incorrect. . I emailed again on same day to put matter on hold and asked that someone ring be back to ensure the package was correctly addressed...to date no one from your company has been in contact Martin Bridgford my phone number is. 01565 873158

Parcel never got to me because they use the cheapest firm to deliver and can't understand simple delivery instruction. Could not resolve my problem poor service would never use again. Eventually got refund after having to get nasty on the phone

Dear Mr Nightingale, I am sorry to hear you are so unhappy with our service. As one of the team explained, on this occasion Interlink passed your parcel to a third party to deliver, who are unfortunately not insured to leave a parcel without a signature. I would like to assure you that Interlink are our courier of choice because after using many couriers over the years, none have come even close to the service they provide for us, i am just very sorry that on this occasion, they have allowed a third party to let them down. We have filed a complaint with interlink over this as it is unacceptable. You have indeed not had the level of service we strive to deliver, but i must add that your refund was given as soon as you requested it and it would be unfair to say otherwise. Where is my parcel, it's says it was delivered today at 14.23 & signed for by me. This is simply not true and I have waited in for far too long. Marks out of 10 at the moment 0 Please reply to terry@fishersecurity.co.uk

The reason for giving a poor rating is that I was supposed to have received my boots on Thursday, based on the pledge you made on your website. I am still waiting to receive my boots, were planning to wear them tonight Saturday 13th, two days late. Also no one has contacted me to explain why the boots have not been dispatched yet
