“Regrettably having attempted to change the delivery address your website would not effect the alteration requires. The delivery agents DPD accepted online to alter the delivery address but seemingly did not do so as their attempt to deliver the articles to the same address as the billing address meant that nobody was at the premises to receive them. I still do not have the articles and they are now to be delived to the local DPD drop point. I will not be able to retrieve the articles until wednesday at the earliest. All this happened because your website payment procedure would not effect and accept a change of address. Very frustrating and disappointed.”

“Ordered some shoes but were a half a size too big so had too order a half size down which arrived the next day with a parcel bag to return the original shoes back to the shop....very fast delivery with no extra cost to return the shoes....excellent service”

“I ordered a classic suit jacket and waistcoat from the website after seeing their ad in a magazine. I was impressed with the ease of the ordering process, the comprehensive email notifications of order and dispatch, and blown away when the items were received the next day. Unfortunately, I was not entirely happy with the fit and suspected I had ordered the wrong size (based on a previous suit size). Visiting the shop to seek advice from their tailors was the best thing I could've done. Within minutes I had been sized up, given sound advice and left the store with a beautifully fitting garment. I can not recommend their service highly enough - both online and especially in person!”
