“Shipping is fast, good and the shipping fees are as listed on the web. I just wish they provide lower rates for huge items, give an option for a longer but cheaper delivery such as sea cargo. Theres so many other things I’d like to buy :(”

“It was nice to browse so many beautiful things on the website. The selection is awesome and the clothing brush I purchased for my wool/silk clothes arrived very quickly for an international purchase. The brush is very high quality and effective at keeping my clothes clean and I did buy it as a lifetime investment. I wish there had been cheaper options for shipping, as I ended up paying almost $70 for both shipping and import fees while the item was only worth $60. If there is an option to pre-pay import taxes it would help with the high import fees into Canada or other countries.”

“Simple user interface. It is very comfortable to use. Products are well categorized, no unnecessary ads, good size of photos and typefaces. One thing for me to add is that if same item has many different color options then it might be better let people choose color options after clicking item. Some items are too much repeating.”
