“Es gab zweimal beim Bestellen eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Bestellung mit dem Bezahlen auf Rechnung nicht angekommen werden konnte. Trotzdem wurde zweimal geliefert?!?”
“Order has not arrived 2 months later . Have requested refund but was informed I cannot have it until goods are back in your warehouse which I have no confidence that they will ever arrive back to you . Ridiculous that I cannot have a refund given that you can see by tracking that I never received them . Seriously poor service”

“Delivery to Republic of Ireland is BADLY organised. I chose a delivery option to a collection pod and my tracking information said that 3 attempts were made to deliver to the pod. Didn't make sense. I emailed Finnishdesign customer support - no answer. Turned out my parcel had my home address on the label and the driver driver was trying to deliver to my home address while I was at work. I had to spend time getting through to the delivery company to change the delivery option. It took 3 weeks to get my parcel.”
