“Re: Order #order 1339285 - Shipped quickly, updates provided along the way. Why I didn't appreciate is the extra duties a day prior to UPS delivery. I checked the Canadian site and I anticipated domestic delivery. With Trump and tariffs -- we are all being mindful of made in Canada only or that there is a Canadian subsidiary. Be transparent - this purchase ending up as $100 expense instead of approx. $80. I don't have money to burn and I suspect you don't either. Thanks for reading, - a Canadian shopper.”

“Well, this time the experience was not amazing. I needed above all customer support for the situation I described. It took too long, and I also believe they didn't understand that the reason for returning my item was related with wrong sizes described in their website. I say this because they said that I will be responsible if damage occurs in the transport by their own courier services!”

“The overall design is very pleasing, with a 3000K bulb the white paper really pops. On the negative side, the lower opening is too small to get a hand in there to change a bulb and the upper opening is also too small to change the bulb without removing the steel stretcher. This is a major issue when the lamp can only be reached by a ladder. At least one opening should be wider. The price changed quite a lot after brokerage costs were added, this should be disclosed prioe to purchase”

“Bonjour, Je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande numéro 1309464 alors que je devais la recevoir aux alentours du 9 janvier. Hier, en allant récupérer mon colis car j’avais reçu la notification de UPS que mon colis était arrivé, Or le point relais m’a dit qu’il n’avait rien reçu et hier en vérifiant sur votre site je me suis aperçu que le colis était retourné chez l’expéditeur. Savez vous quand est-ce que je vais enfin le recevoir ? Cordialement.”

“I wasn’t aware that I was paying $65 extra duty with taxes and everything I paid I think 285plus 45 shipping . for the lamp and when it came, I thought it would be more substantial. I thought it would be heavier. Thicker glass is very thin, and the ball inside is smaller than it looked in the picture. It So if I could have. Do over I won’t have bought it didn’t even come with a funnel to fill it with oil my first thoughts when I got it was that it wasn’t even hand blown glass.Still not convinced it is . So for the 350 it’s still sitting in the closet .Disappointing”
