“I like the quality of the items I received. However, I was shocked at the unexpected amount of duties I had to pay and didn’t get any warning they would be charged when I was purchasing. Had I known the duties would be so high I would have shopped elsewhere.”

For orders shipped to non-EU countries (excluding the US, Norway, Switzerland and the UK), our store currently notes that product prices are shown without local taxes or import duties, and that any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
That said, we fully recognize that this information may not always be clear or visible enough at the right moment. Based on feedback, we’ve already added clearer information about possible additional charges and will continue to improve how we communicate this going forward.

“Buenos dias, es mi primera compra en Finish Design Shop. Me gustan mucho los productos que tienen. Pero no me ha gustado el hecho que no te envian lo que compras, hasta que no lo tienen ellos en stock. Pasé de comprar en noviembre y me llegaba el pedido en febrero. Perdón? Tube que hacer un correo -que me contestaron a los dos dias- pidiendo que "una taza" que no la tenian en stock, la quitasen de mi compra total, para que me pudieran enviar ahora el resto de la compra. Es verdad que lo dicen cuando estas comprando, pero pensé que era una equivocación de transcripció que pusiera de noviembre a febrero. Más, teniendo en cuenta, que las fiestas de Navidad estan aquí al lado. Es verdad que una vez quitada la taza en cuestión, el pedido llegó muy rápido y bien. Seguramente volveré a comprar pero vigilando que todo esté en stock!!!!”

“I ordered two pillow cases. One was absolutely beautiful. The other had faulty stitching which caused the case to lie oddly on the pillow. I issued a complaint as instructed by the customer service bot. Given the cost and seeming upscale site, I assumed that I receive a quick response. It is now a week later and I have not heard anything. I woudl rather not go through the hassle or expense to return the item as I needed 2. So, it looks like I am goign to take a $50 loss for a defective pillow case. Disappointed.”
