“This company is really lovely to work with. They were good communicators (when I wasn't) and very helpful with my return. Sadly the box that contained the glasses was not padded inside and no matter how much padding the FDS placed around the box, the glasses still hit each other and broke. I'm surprised they continue to ship them like this as they much arrive broken often. Anyways - I appreciate that they tried to send another set. Between the 2 shopments, i now have a full set that only have slight chips, but nothing dangerous.”
