“The website is slick, but operations are poor and they do not own their shortcomings and mistakes. I have bought ca. 20 items with them and 3 were heavily difected (circa 15% of value). One item was sent out damaged twice - they clearly have very light quality control processes in their warehouse and rely on customers sending back difected item. Poor customer service and proposition: I will not buy again from them”
