“Love the website!!!!!!- very human/personal touch and i love the humour they use to describe things (a lot of witty banter) :). Could easily be made bankrupt on this site with all the cool stuff they have to offer. Definitely the best website around for cool and unique gift ideas. Never any problems too and would seriously recommend to everyone”

“The product has yet to arrive due to a courier problem, but I want to award 5-stars to the Firebox customer service team who noticed the problem before I did and immediately sorted it out. No mess, no fuss, no problem for me. Excellent service. PS, I assume the goods will be great too, they always have been.”

“Firebox is a brilliant website, really colorful and very easy to navigate and find the type of gift you would like. it has so many different types of gifts available too, We ordered the glass of milk night light and my daughter loves it, it came very well packaged and in an undamaged box.
