“just like to say the staff at FVL were exellent in there service from start to finish and found me the car that ticked all the boxes ....especially Peter Sherry who i have dealt with over the leasing of two cars in the last four years and is a credit to the company ... he is always available to answer any questions that i have raised and even went the extra mile when he was on a secondment away from Scotland ...i would definitely recommend FVL to anyone having thoughts of leasing...i will def. use this company again when my lease is due in three years time...... Frankie....newcastle Upon Tyne.”

“Communication very good, great staff. Pricing on website confusing. For instance when you make an initial payment of 3/6/12 months you will still pay 35 monthly payments in addition to this but at a discount.”

“My initial enquiry was met with a comprehensive spread Of information on cost choice which enable me promptly To reach a leasing decision. This I put down to the authoritative skill that the sales person had at his finger Tips in brand knowledge which was comforting for an initial call!”

“Would not recommend First Vehicle Leasing to anyone awful experience from start to finish. Being lied too and laughed at on the phone unacceptable when enquiring on an update on my car. The was car delivered filthy not signed for by myself no handover. Just unpleasant experience suggest buying a car from a dealership not a back street broker who has no respect customers.”
