Hi There Kathleen, Allow us to apologize for the shipment delay. USPS is experiencing high volumes and is apparently shutting down certain facilities as workers contract COVID-19. This is not our typical shipping service by any means. “My two loved the denture chews. The larger kibble was a hit with them also but, they couldn't keep the feral cat away from the puppy kibble. Drove them nuts watching her devour their food.”

“Hi, I was having a hard time finding a food my puppy liked. I had tried many different brands of kibble. When I tried their Puppy Ocean White Fish he ate it all and was looking for more. The customer service is fantastic. They really seemed to care about my puppy and his health. I highly recommend them and their products. 😊🐩🐾”

“For those of us who are lazy about cleaning our dogs' teeth or are tired of the battle, the sea jerky twists are an amazing product. Noticeable improvement in less that one 1# bag. I immediately to advantage of their holiday deals and bought 2 more large bags of twists. BTW, I didn't even give my dogs a twist a day. Every other day at most. A bit costly but fabulous.”

“I'm A breeder and recently inquired whether Fish4Dogs would furnish puppy packs for the new owners of our latest litter. Well, let me tell you they were very generous; and, not only were the owners happy and surprised, but the puppies loved the Sea Jerky! Thank you Fish4Dogs!”

“Last purchase!!! All information on the dog food bag was in a foreign language. Thought this was going to be a long time food for my puppy but the bag came from a foreign country, SO CAN YOU REALLY TRUST IT!!! That's the question????????????????????????????”

Hi There, we appreciate your feedback. Our kibble is sourced and produced in Stavanger, Norway, in an ISO accredited facility and distributed to 30 different countries across the world. Having multiple languages on the packaging allows Fish4Dogs to produce and distribute the same product to all of these countries in a cost-effective way, and in no way jeopardizes the quality or integrity of the product. Doing this actually gives our UK parent company greater quality control to ensure that our products are 100% compliant to F4D standards, and meet the regulatory requirements of each country.
