I only received half of my order and I have reached out multiple times and gotten no response.

I got the sample pack, the 3.5lb of puppy food, and the freeze dried fish treats. Neither of my poms will eat the dry food and only one will eat the treats. This is a no go for my household.

The items I ordered were sent to the wrong address. I've still not received my items.

Hi there, we appreciate your review. If your dogs are unfamiliar with the taste and smell of fish, we recommend mixing it with their current food for about two weeks while slowly decreasing the old food and increasing the fish food or treat. Hope this helps.

For some strange reason only 1 of my dogs will eat these products. Nearly $400 down the drain. Disappointed why my other dog won’t touch them. Hopefully my new pups I’m getting soon will like them.

Hi There Kathleen, Allow us to apologize for the shipment delay. USPS is experiencing high volumes and is apparently shutting down certain facilities as workers contract COVID-19. This is not our typical shipping service by any means. My dogs didnt like it as much as I would have liked. No difference in their behavior or anything.Still licking paws and itching.

I received the Calamari treats, that I ordered, along with the rest of my first order from fish4dogs. The Calamari treats were coated with a white substance, that looked like mold. I called and spoke to a representative, who, while very polite, told me I had ordered a short sell date item (I did not realize that I had done so), and that it was "ok" to feed these to my dog. I did not even consider feeding them to our Westie girl. I disposed of my entire order. I was hoping that fish4dogs would be a nutritious addition to our Westie's diet and was disappointed to receive old product.

Hi there, and thanks for your review. On the package is a disclaimer that a substance known as "bloom" will form on these specific treats due to the way they are cured and prepared. This is perfectly normal and the same bloom that forms on many cured meats. Sending new treats with a fresh date would, unfortunately, result in the same situation. When we sell a short-dated product at a discount, we always note and highlight the product description for customer information. Within the US packages usually arrive in under 7 days, Canada can take a bit longer due to customs.
