I received 3 salmon oil bottles instead of the 3 cod mousse packs I ordered.

Fish4Dogs sent us samples. I do trust that they make a quality product. However, we have two small dogs (Yorkie-size) and they cannot easily chew the product because it is so hard. We had to hammer in into sawdust first. And even then, they didn't like any of it much. Maybe if you have large dogs, this stuff will work for you. I'd suggest to Fish4Dogs that they experiment with reformulating the product into softer, more easily-chewable form. Or...maybe our dogs are just atypical. Dunno, but unfortunately we won't be able to use the product as is.

My chihuahua won't eat it. I asked him why but he's not answering. Sorry.

Fish4Dogs is a great product for your dog. But the delivery of the food was too long of a wait. It took 8-days

Had I read the ingredients on the website, I would not have asked for samples. With that being said, I did use all as treats but would not consider feeding exclusively.

Order a 1 lb bag and received 5 lilltle bags, if an item is not in stock I would prefer to be notified to see if I would have liked the substitute.

I was looking for a higher quality, more natural kibble. There aren’t a lot of options in Alaska and this company offers free shipping and a nice breeder program which was enticing. The treats I ordered contained nothing but natural ingredients and Tess loves them but the smell is such that they must be fed outside. The kibble contains a very high amount of peas and potatoes which is currently being researched because it is believed to be causing reproductive issues in addition to suspected lower taurine absorption leading to Dilated Cardiomyopathy. Until this research shows otherwise or the ingredients change I can not use or recommend this kibble.

Hi Chandra, We fully understand and appreciate your concern regarding this. Currently in the USA there are studies being conducted into a possible link between heart disease and grain free foods due to a taurine deficiency in dogs. Taurine is a protein that dog’s can make naturally, and they use it to maintain their heart health. The European pet food association sets out minimum levels and guidelines for nutrients like taurine, which Fish4Dogs follow and test against. Pet foods in Europe can also be randomly checked by any government to ensure that they meet these guidelines. Fish and shellfish are wonderful natural sources of a multitude of nutrients, including taurine. However, natural ingredients can vary throughout the year so we add some extra taurine to all of our complete recipes to be sure there is no taurine deficiency. Hope that helps! Fish4Dogs Team

My dogs won’t eat the fresh water fish dog food. When they did they both vomited it up. Now they just won’t touch it. The puppy food is great. Delivery was quick and online ordering was easy.
