“My dog liked it, but I was sent a sample of small kibble when I requested a large kibble because she’s a bloodhound. So I wonder if she would like it more if she received what we asked for.”

“Last purchase!!! All information on the dog food bag was in a foreign language. Thought this was going to be a long time food for my puppy but the bag came from a foreign country, SO CAN YOU REALLY TRUST IT!!! That's the question????????????????????????????”

Hi There, we appreciate your feedback. Our kibble is sourced and produced in Stavanger, Norway, in an ISO accredited facility and distributed to 30 different countries across the world. Having multiple languages on the packaging allows Fish4Dogs to produce and distribute the same product to all of these countries in a cost-effective way, and in no way jeopardizes the quality or integrity of the product. Doing this actually gives our UK parent company greater quality control to ensure that our products are 100% compliant to F4D standards, and meet the regulatory requirements of each country. “I only gave a three star rating because my dogs will not eat it. I feel sure it must be a quality product. My dogs are extremely picky eaters. Most likely, most dogs would like it. Got fast shipping of product. Now, I am glad that I only ordered the sample size. Thank you. I feel it would have benefited them if only they would have eaten it!”

Thanks for the review! We welcome the feedback and are happy that you decided to give us a try. This is the exact reason that we offer an affordable sample option, and we're glad you were able to test our products before committing. :-) You may have already tried this, but we have found that with picky-eaters it helps to introduce the kibble slowly mixed into their current food and increase the amount over a period of about 2 weeks, until a 100% transition has been made. This is particularly helpful if they have never tried fish since it's quite different from anything most dogs are accustomed to. Hope this helps and thanks again for the review!

“I have a bullmastiff with terrible allergies I saw your offer of samples and ordered them thank you. Offer after that I ended up buying a bag my dog absolutely loves the Kibbles the only reason I didn't give it a five was the ratio fish two filler content”
