“They sent the incorrect size. They are not clear. So know that if you want a 10' flag you are going to receive a 72 foot flag, if you want the 15 foot flag you are going to receive a 12 ft flag. They base the total height on the pole size and do not list this difference anywhere on the site. once they ship to you they will not take a return or refund the order! so beware or call to make sure you are getting what you want.”
