“Design tool could be more user friendly; pricing for custom flags is high in my opinion; 10 days is a long time for production/shipping/delivery and that was RUSH delivery.”

“Why is it more expensive per item to order two, i.e. these feather flags are $114 for one and $119 each for two. Typically there is a discount for multiple of the same item. That makes me mad. This is my first experience with this site.”

“fine tuning the art detail a little clunky, occasionally the preview and layout did not match. Shipping is costly and Rush and standard are the same with same speed-little misleading-no good descriptions of flag poles and bases-no details as to how they attach, function in wind, etc Could not find an option to replace just the pole if needed later”
