“Ordering is easy, but I do feel like there is a little false advertising going on as far as the word "Cheap" and price advertised for the flag. In my mind when I go to a look for a flag, I am looking for the whole setup and that is what is in my mind when I see pricing under $30 (or whatever low price they say on the homepage). But that's just for the flag, once you add in the pole and the ground spike, it's like $200 for a double sided flag setup. I just felt a little deceived when I got my final total, which they tried to compensate for it and make you feel better about spending $400 for 2 flags by saying, "but you DID get $400 off what it would have been, so it's not THAT bad." It is what it is, I just wish the site was a little more honest in their name and with their verbiage.”

“Design tools and interface is/was helpful. At this handoff of layout for production of a 10ft Feather Flag I am still unclear as to overall height of flag. How far off the ground is the flag from the ground? Is the printed banner 10feet tall plus the pole height of the rod in the ground? ( ie: rod 2-3 feet plus 10f-foot flag.for an overall of 12-13 feet?) I concerned the banner overall is too short to be readable Any photographs of a 10 and 13ft Flag with support pole extended from the ground?”
