“Could not find a template or FAQ on how to design. The basic designs leave a lot to be desired. I would love to see more interesting samples and more real-life examples of flags in use to more easily judge the size when ordering. Waited a long time to chat with someone and ended up missing my window.”

“I'm hoping there is an opening for the flag so I can slide it on a dowel. It would hang like a banner on a dowel. There were no options and no indicators for which side the seam is on. If I had chosen "Garden" instead of Rectangular I wonder if It would have indicated -It's 6:35 am and I'm on the east coast, so I doubt there was anyone available in Texas at that hour to ask. I am VERY happy with the results - I placed a previous order, but would like a little more information provided on the website for the custom design.”
