“It would be better if you provided a template for adobe illustrator or something similar. Also, a great improvement would be horizontal flips or mirror functions to make double-sided flag designing easier!”

“There were details missing from the description that should be included. For example, the flags single v/s double sided, grommets vs sleeve; processing time, whether the image bleeds through on the back. More details should be provided. Since they were not I had to call and that experience was worse. The first time there was just silence once I selected the option of speaking to a representative. I hung up and called back and it funneled me straight to the 1 question survey before I spoke to anyone. Third time was the charm. I selected business this time and was transferred to someone within a reasonable wait time. She was helpful and answered all of my questions. When I was transferred to the survey this time it only gave me the option of rating her, not the experience I had prior. I would think that would be useful information for a business to want to capture.”

“A little bit of bait and switch on pricing to include the stand and the shipping as stand-alone decisions. Never seen any company ask me to pay on PayPal and then throw in shipping. Tricky, tricky.”

“I ordered my Flags in June. I have not been able to use them because the flag is too long for the pole. After many emails and photos trying to resolve the issue, nothing has been done. Cheap may not always be better.”
