“Trisha McHale from the Manchester branch is truly a star and an absolute life saver. Myself and my family decided to emigrate to Jamaica and had the contents of 2 homes as well as new belongings to deal with. It goes without saying stress levels were at an all time high. Trisha helped us with all our storage headaches. Having worked in customer services, imparticular dealing with complaints, admittedly my levels of expectation can be sometimes unrealistic but not in the case of Trisha. She excelled at every headache and problem I presented her with, and trust me there were many! I picked one unit, then needed additional space but had a million requirements about the positioning, dimensions, layout etc. She even come up with a solution in the stairwell for getting 30ft ladders up to the unit. Trisha was approachable, accommodating whilst remaining ultra professional at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she approached all of my requests over a year with a big friendly smile. Maybe she had also had a spell in Jamaica cos everything you ask her is "no problem". She is an asset to your company.”

“It didn't make me happy, they were more expensive than competitors and everything had to be done over the phone - meaning there is no place to read the small print and the addons they like to put. Their website is basic with basic information so you have to call to get further information”
