“Customer services are fine, they answer your calls and questions. However, why do you have to contact them ?
I did because they never purchased my return ticket. When I entered the EVA website directly after purchase, my ticket was there.
However, when I tried a couple of months later, it wasn't. It got really confusing.
I contacted them and they said, don't worry, problem with EVA booking system. Rubbish !! it wasn't. Wait a month and it will be there.
a month later and it wasn't, so I made contact again, they duly rebooked after several calls..... But, again, after a week or so it disappeared. Again, I made several calls and eventually, 2 months before flying, it was booked correctly.
I infer, they book without payment and if the airline doesn't receive funds by a certain date, it is cancelled. I also now know, you must have an airline ticket number before it is definitely booked.
As my return was 9 months from the original booking, I presume they kept my return flight money in an interest earning account. They then wait for a good price and buy it. Or they use the next customers money to buy YOUR ticket. I don't know but it was a very disturbing and worrying experience, not knowing if I had a ticket or not.”
“Hi! Customer service is completely rubbish and this company cheats,and does not stand by their words,my flight cancelled by booking and this company told me to deduct 120£ and when they recieved my refund,cheated on me and deducted extra 21£.seriously wth shame on you owner,you are earning haram and keep in mind you will pay for earning haram in life InshaAllah,i do not recomend people to use this cheater flightcatcher site.”
