I purchased a My GoFlight Kneeboard Pro C. The top is attached by a metal hinge and the clip pad by magnets. opening and closing the lid, which can't be removed, in the confines of a small aircraft is nigh impossible. The magnets are not strong enough and the clip pad fell to the floor during flight (down right dangerous). The metal top is uncovered and the sharp edge scratched the canopy whilst trying to close it. I have a side by side 2 seater gyroplane and an R44, it's no use in either on either leg....an expensive piece of JUNK!

I placed the order on the 18th (after close of play). I received an email to say that I would receive another email when the goods were ready to ship. I've heard nothing since. It's now the 21st.

The service from Flightstore was excellent, with a very prompt despatch of my order. The product, a RAM Tab-Tite mount for an iPad mini, however, was a great disappointment. It was difficult to assemble, with only one screw from the five at each end being readily accessible; the mounting was too wide for the iPad Mini and deep enough to have held three; the spring that held the mounting closed was far too powerful. The result was that mounting the iPad was difficult because of the struggle to control the spring and risked damage to the iPad. Once mounted, the iPad would not sit squarely in the mount. Overall, very good service but a poor product.

Ordered a book "UK & Ireland Waypoint Atlas" on line. The website stated that the book was in stock. Once the order was placed I received a note saying book is out of stock - quite a disappointment and no indication of how long I will have to wait. I should add that at the time of writing this - Sunday 21 July at 2-15 pm the book is still being advertised in the website as being in stock.

Made purchase from this company as headset shown to be in stock. Was then told that there was 2 to 3 weeks delay as awaiting stock. Cancelled order, checked website again and item still shown as in stock. Misleading for customers.

The log books I bought were not the ones photographed in the picture. I purposely bought the item because it had the layout in the picture the same as my current log book. When delivered it was a totally new model. I have Been offered a refund but it is a show of false advertising. I did query this and the telephone operator told me it was the suppliers fault. The logbook isn't wrapped so easy to see at the warehouse end that the item is no what is pictured.

I ordered: 'BOAC Airline Sports Bag In Deep Navy' I paid over £37 for this item including postage, so I was expecting something good. What a disappointment. It is very poor quality PVC fabric. The original BOAC bag which I intended it to replace was canvas. If I saw the item I just bought in a shop, I would not pay more than £12 for it.

I ordered a hat online, my payment went through very quickly, but only later was I informed by email, with no clear reply mechanmism, that my order was delayed, with no timeframe. Very disappointed.
