“I use Flightstore for all my flight sim hardware and software. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. I do however find that the stock is a bit short lately and I have to wait a couple of months sometimes for hardware that is readily available elsewhere. Also since Phil left there is also no-one to help with technical support. I do think that if you sell it you should be also to help if the customer can't get it to work. You would have had a "very good" if not for these issues. Overall I do like Flightstore and will continue to use them,”

“Ideal sunglasses for flying and driving. Doubts about sturdyness of plastic parts. Other Serrengetti models have better build quality but are also far more expensive. For the price payed(special offer) its allright.”

“Flightstore run a very tight ship regarding customer Service, Packaging, and Speedy Delivery, However the Item i bought Track ir5 in my opinion is way over priced for what it is and does, Though flightstore offered the best price around. After purchasing track ir5 from flightstore i was then sent an e-mail offering me 20% off my next purchase which i found quite annoying. Would have prefered the discount of the initial item bought”

“No Problems. No fuss. Good Website to follow*. Good ordering procedure, if a couple of steps more than most. Exceptional delivery times. Excellent [and always good quality] products. (Don't know what the attitude of the company is should an issue arise, but I'd like to hope that it would be sympathatic to the purchaser). * However, what prevented my giving the 'excellent' spot: I keep hard-copy records; the print-off of any webpage consists of a haphazard arrangement of overlays and bunched-up areas of print, not dissimilar to the print-off pages of 'PayPal': awful, so I use 'Print Screen'!”

“Excellent value,Great service.The build quality of the pedals are incredible.My yoke,though is physically noisy.Hoping it will loosen up and stop scraping.If problem persists, it will have to be returned.The throttle quad is a bit cheap feeling but works well.The install was very straightforward with no problems,but i am using xplane not fsx. Overall very/good,just the worry that my yoke may be faulty.”
