“I purchased a Track IR clip (to replace a broken one). Flight Store is one of the few places that sells TrackIR in the UK and I found the price was reasonable, there were a variety of delivery options (I chose next day) and they informed me of dispatch, tracking number etc promptly. The item was easy to find on the website and ordering was also very easy. The only reason I haven't gone for a 'Very Good' rating is because I would say the packaging was not as good as I would have liked - the clip was loose inside the box although there was padding to prevent movement. Considering how fragile the clips are and the cost of that particular delivery option (almost £10), I would have expected more secure packaging. Other than that, I had a good experience with Flight Store and would order from them again.”

“It was quick and I received my book the next day. My only complaint would be that you included a catalogue which I didn't ask for which was twice the size of the book. This would have meant I had to pay more for postage which is already scandalous for Northern Ireland customers even though its part of the uk. I'm not sure if there was an option not to take a catalogue but if not there should be hence saving the customer money on postage.”

“I have recently purchased Treescapes Vol 2, and am overall very impressed. The service from Flightstore was, as always, superb. The program too, lives up to my expectations and truly does enhance the reality even more. Actually installing it however is just too complicated. I consider myself reasonably proficient, but I had to download and print out three lots of info before finally succeeding by doing it manually. That is not good enough (especially for beginners), so have marked it down by one category.”

“The order arrived promptly and your service was efficient. However, I have been very disappointed with the GenX scenery resolution, which seems at low level to be greatly inferior to Google Earth scenery. I have tried various config tweaks but so far without improvement. Will keep trying, but unless the resolution improves significantly, I fear I cannot recommend the product and will be reselling the DVDs”

“Flightstore over the last five years have been reasonable to deal with, and have supplied well made hardware and software on time. Any difficulties have been easily resolved with a friendly response over the telephone. For those of us dedicated to the furtherance of PC based flight simulators, Flightstore is an essential component within this industry.
