The Brightline FLEX system is an excellent concept which is let down by poor quality materials. It started to fall to bits the moment I unpacked it and began zipping it together. It is not sturdy enough to survive assembly, let alone the purpose for which it is intended – which it is obviously not fit for. Flight Store dispatched the goods quickly. Excellent service. However, they have not been responsive in the matter of resolving the after sales issue. A telephone call, followed by two emails has resulted in silence. Not recommended.

I bought 2 charts, neither of which I have yet asI learned they were not in stock after I bought them. If I had known before, I could have bought them else where. Rob

I am not happy to write this but I am upset with the service I received and still receive from those people. First while an item I ordered was in stock it wasn't. They told me they will have it after 2 days they didn't. They blamed the supplier, but I called the supplier. So I canceled that. Then they have this offers, that expire without warning, They do say until Monday, but they mean Monday 00:01. Meaning no Monday, but until end of Sunday. Many occasions to email them failed. They do reply sometimes, but very slow. My last experience today I try to ask if what it say is in stock is really in stock (software). They never replied. I see on their site everything is in stock. But only some say (10 in stock) or (233 in stock). My opinion, stay away, the fact that they do not honor the stock they advertise not to reply to emails for stock is plain rude.

I was forced to reorder a shirt which was in stock and actually in range. The first time I ordered I ordered a specific shirt and was hoping to recieve it today. Instead I recieved an email stating it was not a shirt which flight store actually supplies and had been delisted from stock. WHY WAS THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE! I'm now paying excessive amounts for a shirt that I didn't want but need! Where as I wanted and needed the other. Joke, to be honest.
