“Thanks for the opportunity of the next day delivery. It would be great to have a photo of a bouquet from the florist when it’s ready - given the flowers are replaced based on the season and the bouquet was quite different from the picture. Also, the bouquet was delivered to a neighbor, but there was no note about it. So we were confused and the addressee needed to look for the bouquet around, guessing where it can be.”

“The quality of the flowers was amazing however the glass base we ordered with the flowers was omitted from the delivery. We were contacted by customer services lead and told her but nothing has happened since.”

“Recently ordered a flower delivery for a birthday, and I couldn’t be happier! The bouquet was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. Each flower looked hand-picked. The delivery was prompt, and the delivery man was courteous. Overall, a lovely experience that brought a lot of joy — would definitely order from them again!”
