Flowers arrived on time, and were the flowers I ordered but looked very different as the arrangement wasn’t as pretty as in the online pictures. The blooms also felt a little less fresh than expected.

i paid for same delivery and it didn't happen, but they did refund the same day delivery fee.

Thank you. I was called to make a different selection as my original choice was not available. this call assumed I knew what the new choices looked like. I don't know how this could be improveds. Maybe byending images via WhatsApp before calling???

The arrangement was pretty and arrived on time. My only complaint is that it was not nearly as nice or full of sunflowers as the advertised picture.

Flower combination was lovely, but some roses looked a bit withered, a day later the petals were already brownish .... definately not worth the $160.00.

The service was very convenient so I really can't fault it for that. The downside was the fact the flowers delivered weren't what I ordered. Clapham Flowers called to inform me and given the fact I had promised flowers, I was kinda stuck with what they had available. I ordered tulips and peonies were delivered. Thankfully the gesture was enough, but overall I may do it in person next time, or call a flower shop directly to ensure what arrives is what I ordered.

There's a lot to like about Floom, quality flowers, fast delivery, friendly staff ... but I had to dock a couple of stars because it wasn't at all obvious that the arrangement would arrive without a container. I've never ordered flowers that came without a vase, and given the pricing I expected it. I'm sure there's an element of pilot error involved, but I'm a reasonably intelligent person with experinece in UX design, and this should be improved.

My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.

Dear Floom, I used your flower delivery service twice. The first one was a success, good quality flowers delivered and received timely. My second experience was to same recipient on Valetine's Day of this year and, the delivery was very late. I put a notice asking delivery before 4:00 p.m. but, the actual delivery was at 7:30 p.m. The flowers were only received the next year from office of the gift recipient. You can ask for additional fees for short delivery notices but, you need to make the deliveries on time. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend the day before S. Valentines. Flowers and delivery were fine, it's a shame that the romantic message I wrote wasn't delivered. Instead, the bunch came with a blank card

I was quite happy with the flowers as the recipient sent me a picture of it. However, i was disappointed with the service. Even though I had requested an earlier delivery as possible, it only arrived in the evening at close to end of your delivery day. I am very disappointed with this as it was the recipient’s special birthday and most of the day was gone for her to enjoy it. Luckily she received it before she went out for dinner and away for the weekend. I had ordered it 2 days ahead and contemplated whether to deliver one day ahead but then it is not on her birthday. Not very happy with the service is the answer.

The flowers were overpriced and did not match the overly glamorous descriptions and pictures. The product quality fell short of expectations based on how it was advertised.

Thanks for the opportunity of the next day delivery. It would be great to have a photo of a bouquet from the florist when it’s ready - given the flowers are replaced based on the season and the bouquet was quite different from the picture. Also, the bouquet was delivered to a neighbor, but there was no note about it. So we were confused and the addressee needed to look for the bouquet around, guessing where it can be.

Very cute flowers and reactiver customer service! The delivery was done after 7 pm although we specified it was for a business, but the team was very respondent and rescheduled it quickly. Appreciate it !
