Flowers promised to be delivered on Tuesday, actually the next day. I got confirmation when they were delivered though.

The item I ordered was not in stock so they suggested 2 alternatives, and ultimately sent the item that I did NOT select. They did not communicate anything about the change. A plant was delivered, but can’t say I’m crazy about the service since you may not actually be able to order what’s advertised on the site, and don’t think I’d use it again.

I am sorry the plant you ordered was out of stock on the day, I can see you were emailed by our support team and offered a choice of two other plants and accepted a snake plant which the florist delivered so I am sorry you felt the changes were not communicated effectively.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers - the bouquet felt a little stringy and not as lush as it looked in the photograph. I know sometimes different flowers have to be used because of the season etc - but this felt a lot less good quality than I expected from the picture.

Usually excellent, the one of the last deliveries was not to the level I expected. The bouquet was gorgeous but they withered in 4 days (while usually it takes a couple of weeks)

This was my first time buying from Floom, although my brother had used them frequently. The website kept crashing on my phone and my friends' phones I ordered a bouquet and had questions about its size, so I contacted customer service. While they responded quickly, their response led me to believe the bouquet's size I ordered was accurate, but it turned out to be much smaller. The customer service representatives were not particularly welcoming, which was odd. The most frustrating part was the delivery estimate from 10 AM to 6 PM, and it arrived at 5:59 - like the kid in high school who rushes to deliver their subpar paper 1 minute before assignment deadline. Meanwhile, my girlfriend received five other flower deliveries from different places, all before noon.

Seemed fine at first. But then they set me a receipt that added $5 to the delivery cost. I then spent the next 20 minutes figuring out the issue (you didn't actually overcharge me, you're just sending out inaccurate receipts).

Still waiting to get the flowers. It's been 4 days since the date they were scheduled to be delivered. Seems the name on the delivery got mixed up with another name or delivery they had so the front desk refused the delivery. There has been lots of back and forth to re-coordinate the delivery. I am hoping today is the day they finally will be delivered. Customer support at Floom has been good, but overall it's disappointing since the flowered didn't make it on the person's birthday and we've had to change the address to follow where they will be.

Sorry, but I wasn’t happy with your company. First you told me I needed an alteration to the flowers in my order. I agreed to this because I wanted them to arrive in time for a birthday. Next I heard they would not be delivered in time but the day after. This was too late for me to remedy the situation.

I ordered flowers on Monday requesting delivery on Wednesday. My friend received them on THURSDAY am. I can't tell if they were left with a neighbour who then delivered them the next day or if they were just delivered late. A bit disappointing really. The flowers themselves were lovely though

The delivery arrived 90 minutes early. So my daughter wasn't there to receive the flowers. It's fine. They were still received. And I know the delivery time given is more of a window. But it was still disappointing. Also, one of the two bouquets did not look like it did in the photo on the website.

The flowers were great, so 5 for the flowers. However, the deliverer behaved very very inappropriately and rudely, using profane language including the f-word, thus ruining my surprise for my girlfriend. Therefore 1 for the delivery.

They are sorry they were not able to deliver the flowers directly to the door however they did not act untoward towards your girlfriend.

Flowers were just left at the door without notice, it was hot outside and they died shortly after delivery.

Hi Johannes, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the flowers dying prematurely, our partner florist wanted to ensure they left the flowers in a safe place as selected at checkout. As flowers are perishable they can wilt slightly during delivery but the good news is they normally jump back and will stay fresh. To ensure you're taking the best care of these flowers please trim 1-2 inches off the bottom and put them in fresh water. After 3-4 hours they will pick right up and will be ready for your recipient to enjoy.

The flowers were delivered on time and beautiful. They did put the wrong apartment number on the address, so another person in the building initially got them, but the neighbors / building staff were able to sort it out. The website loading is a bit buggy, so check out on mobile was not smooth.
