If you want same day delivery so never order here. My order was not delivered and I cancelled it. Refund was done during 2 days.

Terrible palava with the delivery and then did arrive on the day scheduled. Thta was great but it was very messy throughout. Also I saw the bouquet at the destination and didnt feel they warranted the price. It wasn't the bouquet advertised and so was put together with alternatives which didnt quite match the beauty

I chose Floom as I wanted flowers delivered for my wife’s 70th birthday which was on 1st January. Floom website was one of the few companies that had an option for delivery on New Years Day. I contacted them a couple of days before to check and they informed me unfortunately this was incorrect and they don’t deliver on New Years Day. They did arrange for the day before and were helpful with that but I think they need to update the website as this was the main reason for choosing Floom.

Very disappointed with these flowers ! What my daughter got was about half or less the flowers shown in the photo online ! Feel I was ripped off ! Also the bouquet was left uncovered out in the rain ! You had both our phone numbers so one of us should have been contacted when no one was home. Previous experience with you was great but certainly not this one . I would expect another set of flowers be sent or some kind of refund.

I ordered flowers on Saturday 1 Nov for delivery elsewhere as a birthday gift on Sunday 2 Nov. The order was confirmed by email - all very straightforward. I happily closed the computer down and carried on with my day. Saturday night I found that another email had arrived advising that my order had been cancelled "due to unforeseen cicumstances". That's not a reason, it's a poor excuse for bad organisation, compounded by it being too late for me to order Sunday birthday flowers elsewhere. It's no good if Floom doesn't have reliable florists to fulfil orders accepted by them.

I was not able to see that my delivery had been made until the day after I requested it. I still have no photo proof or anything that says they were delivered, I simply have to trust it happened...

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry for the frustration caused Miya. We’ve looked into your order with the florist and confirmed it was delivered at approximately 7:30pm on 24th of Oct 2025. The driver arrived earlier but experienced a delay gaining access to your gated building, which extended the delivery time. Proof of delivery was taken, but due to a technical issue, our system did not update correctly at the time. We’re working to resolve this so future deliveries show accurate, real-time updates. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve our service.

The flowers were beautiful however they did not arrive on time despite paying extra for delivery on the expected day and the glass vase was broken when I picked up the flowers. Unfortunate.

The flowers were delivered late - two days after promised. They were very beautiful when they finally arrived. I wanted to use the discount dcode I had, but that was not given as an option on checkout.

I spent £160 on flowers and paid for next day delivery, I received an e-mail 4 days later apologising that the flowers hadn't been delivered by their partner florist and that they would be the delivered the next day ( 5 days late!)and I would receive a 10% refund and my delivery charge refunded This was the first I'd been informed of any delay at all, I thought the flowers had been delivered - the delay and poor offer of compensation was totally unacceptable and very disappointing - fortunately when I expressed this their partner florist agreed to provide a full refund. Unfortunately this has put me off using them again

I have been using gloom for many years for my family in the UK and I usually love all the arrangements. Unfortunately the last one I have ordered was very different strip the picture u chose. I understand sometimes the flowers aren’t available but I expect the replacement to be of the same category. Makes me wonder for next time. I have to say it came fresh and on time. I’m just unhappy at how different it looked from the photo.

I ordered the Sunshine arrangement and it didn’t look anything like the picture presented on website. It cost over $200, it wasn’t very full and the two main flowers were daisies. Would like a refund.

THe flowers delivered were not what I ordered and did not come with the vase advertised. I have repeatedly tried to contact Floom to complain. I have had one reply asking for photos despite the fact I;d already sent photos. Despite reseding the photos there has been no futher response. On top of all this, the quaity of the roses was poor with damaged petals. This was not cheap and I regret ordering now. Things go wrong but the lack of communication is a major issue.

The flowers were delivered at the end of the day there were supposed to, and paid for only because I keep on sending email from Australia alarming. There were supposed to email me, after delivery. They did it after 12 hours. Never again I will use this service.
