Hi there! We're so sorry that this order arrived late. When you order through Floom the order is immediately passed through to our florist partners who are independent and they themselves handle all aspects of the delivery etc. We always do our best to nip these issues in the bud and prevent such problems from occuring but sadly it's not always possible. Hello there and thanks for getting in touch! We are somewhat disappointed by this review in which you gave all aspects of the service, including flowers you said you haven't seen, two stars. You contacted us to move your delivery date dramatically forward, we contacted the florist and explained the urgency of the situation. They brought your delivery date forward to as early as they could as you requested and I had personally confirmed with you and then upon delivery, you were sent an e-mail confirming the delivery of the flowers. I have used Floom only once, to send flowers to my daughter on the occasion of her completing finals at university. I got a response two hours after the order that said 'Unfortunately our florist isn't able to deliver to your recipient's area today due to unforeseen circumstances.' I called customer service and said 'how about tomorrow', but the response was 'no, the order has been cancelled'. I scrambled to find another vendor for tomorrow, and all worked out. To Floom's credit, they did notify me, which some online services fail to do. But if I owned Floom, I would instruct their customer service people to do everything in their power to retain business and to satisfy a would-be customer. The order was already canceled, fine. How about then saying 'let me work with you and get another order for tomorrow.' Nope. No interest. Not my job. So props for a relatively quick notification (stuff happens, I know), but customer service has to do better than to be apathetic to customers. Especially new customers.

The flowers were really meager. Five peony heads with a few sprays of what looked like wild flowers thrown in. Really disappointing.

Way overpriced!! I was hoping that spending $218 on an arrangement would guarantee an impressive bouquet. Nope. It got me 5 peonies and 2 sprigs of lavender. So even with the 15% discount you’re offering for writing this review, I would still not use Floom because they are so ridiculously expensive. Though, since you are clearly making enough through price gouging to be able to offer 15% off for writing a review, could you apply that discount to my original order?

I was glad Floom delivered the Mother's Day flowers I ordered on time to my mum but was disappointed by the bouquet itself. It came in its own vase but apparently, the water was dirty and the flowers only lasted 3 days, which would be fine if I had spent like £30 on them but I paid £100 so I would expect they'd last at least a week. As well, the bouquet didn't look like it did on the site, with some of the flower stems broken off. Again, I understand it's not likely to look exactly like the picture but what arrived didn't look like it was worth £100. I've attached the bouquet photo on the site and what arrived on the day for reference. Worth noting I paid for the 'superior' bouquet that looked much fuller than the standard £60 bouquet, but what arrived looked more like the standard.

I ordered a bouquet of peonies but roses were delivered. Was not contacted about the substitution. The title of the product name said “hand-tied peony bouquet.”

The Message was not as requested. The Flower arrangement was way smaller than represented on the Web. Over all disappointed.

A competitive (though rather high) price for the product (a peony bouquet with delivery). However, the flowers were delivered one day earlier than requested; only two days after delivery they are already wilting; and there was no way to send a card or message with the flowers of a length greater than 210 characters.

This is a poor service delivery I have ordered flowers for my son’s birthday They did not deliver the flowers on the day because they did not know if the address was in Brooklyn or Manhattan! They had plenty of time to ask.. they could have contacted me via email or just phoned my son! Then I received an email saying that they may not deliver and will not refund me .. I emailed back as the situation was very upsetting confirming the address and they delivered the day after … the flowers were nice but my birthday present ruined …

I do see our florist partner tried their best on the day to locate the address provided and since they operate in different boroughs it was difficult but they eventually located your son's address. The flowers I ordered based on the photograph were not the same as the flowers that were delivered. I orders white Parrot tulips and plain white and pink tulips were delivered instead. While the quality of the delivered flowers was good it was not as ordered. I was not informed in advance that any substitution would be required. When this error was pointed out a small discount was offered to me and is in the process of being done but this is not the point. I would have selected something else had I known the order would not be as pictured OR as described in my confirmation.

Thank-you for the service however I was very disappointed I had been charged a fee of 9.99 for same day delivery before 6.00pm only to receive my goods after 7.30pm I had to chase down the delivery. When the flowers arrived I then experienced being told that it was a bank holiday and I should be grateful I received my goods at all. I made sure when I made my purchase that it being a bank holiday it would not be a problem. I spent over £130, and in all honesty the flowers where not in the greatest condition. Some very worn and they do not seem they would last So all in all a very poor service,

I selected Floom for the beautiful bouquets but also for the speed of delivery. Unfortunately the delivery person attempted delivery to the wrong address and did not attempt to contact the recipient until after the time they would attempt redelivery. Because of this miss, my delivery was going to be at least FOUR days delayed (with a weekend and bank holiday apparently being unavailable for delivery). In addition, they confirmed that they would be delivering the same flowers, meaning the recipient will have four fewer days to enjoy the flowers. There was no offer to deliver on the weekend or make a new bouquet, even though the mistake is entirely on their side. I am pretty disappointed and would not use floom again.
