When you buy flowers for someone you ultimately put faith into the florist to create something beautiful, and to follow through on the delivery on time for your loved ones. Flower Station is perhaps the most pathetic, effete florist I’ve ever used, with lacklustre customer service and the laziest delivery system I’ve ever seen. They missed delivery, and made no reattempt to deliver. Despite being out to deliver at 11am, they attempted delivery at 9pm after my recipient had been waiting all day and could no longer wait at home. They have ultimately ruined a special moment for me, and I IMPLORE everyone who reads this review, DO NOT TRUST THIS FLORIST, you will regret it. The ignorance, lack of communication and delusional self belief/ self promotion this company has, is an illusion. In London you have plenty of other capable florist options that can fulfil your order in London. Floristry is such a simple business and THE FLOWER STATION CANNOT DELIVER. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR SPECIAL DAY.

Untrustworthy, feel robbed of £170 as flowers never arrived and refusing to refund. Did not manage to deliver on the nominated day, which was important and the whole thing. Even though after phone calls during the day they reassured they would deliver before 11pm. Recpient stayed home all day, never arrived. Refusing to refund, hard to reach, arguing about giving a store credit/redelivery 3 days after the nominated day. Untrustworthy and poor customer service. Momentum spoilt, no longer interested and them dragging the refund out makes me feel like the whole company is a scam. If you cant provide the service promised, you dont take the money!

Terrible should have listened to the other reviews. Placed order two weeks ago to be delivered today and they can't even get that right now but getting here till tomorrow so missed birthday and probably dead too. And the bloke on the phone was useless "ummmmm ummm sorry we done all we can not our fault it's DPDs fault" yet but I paid for delivery on a specific date you con men. Don't use them stay well away

Cannot deliver what they promise. Product did not arrive in time, no communication received and no one reachable through mail or phone. Never again.

Avoid!! I ordered a large bouquet of flowers from this company costing over £75 shortly after they charged me they Informed me that the flowers they had advertised to buy weren't available, as I wanted a specific bouquet I asked for a refund. That was 12 days ago and I'm still yet to receive my refund. After a few unhelpful sarcastic responses from the company via email they have now resorted to ignoring my emails completely. This company has basically stolen £75 from me.

I went in and spoke with one of the sales rep who was pleasant. She informed me that some would get back to me. 3 days later I called because no one ever got back to me. I get a call from Tony (hope he isn’t the owner) and clearly I was told that the designers would work with me in picking the flowers to get the design I wanted with out getting hit over the head. He basically just gave me prices not even letting me know what flowers would be used! So I guess every flower is the same price I’m sure they do beautiful arrangements but way to pricey and Tony isn’t pleasant at all. I guess he treats you based on your race SMH! Would never give them my business!

Without a question of doubt the worst flowers I've ever had. My first time using this florist. My bunch from Asda lasted longer and looked better. These were delivered 5.8.21 and looked stunning. I followed the instructions to the letter. They looked stunning as in photo 1. I changed the water every day to ensure longevity. However, after 3 days they stared to look a bit sorry for themselves. I then cut more off the stems and put them in a fresh vase and hoped for the best. I'd ordered these in the hope that they'd open up and become a large colourful bouquet. How wrong was I. Not a single bud has opened. The flower petals have now started to go papery, the greenery wilted and clearly dying, and I'm at a loss to know what to do to revive them. A complete waste of money. I will not use flower station again, I wont recommend and I will write appropriate reviews on every platform I can find so that others dont waste their hard earned money

Flower Station delivered a £230 orchid and hydrangea arrangement that had to be replaced and the second one started to wither the second day. That was apparently my fault as I had not changed the water in a 50cm high glass container filled with hydrangea petals and topped with orchids that all should last a very long time. Not only should orchids not droop immediately but it is also an arrangement where it is impossible to change the water. Nor was I advised that I should do so. The first arrangement with a broken stem looked far healthier than the second. I was also sent a photo purporting to be my arrangement and it definitely was not. I have asked for a refund and cannot obtain it.

I bought an arrangement for £230.00 which on arrival looked stunning but had a broken orchid stem. There were three orchids hanging down and hydrangea petals in a glass container 50cm high. I called and let the company know and they delivered another which began drooping the following day. I sent 12 emails over the next few days and eventually a woman told me that it was all my fault that the flowers had died, since I should have changed the water everyday. This was a total impossibility, due to the extremely heavy 50cm high glass vase that was decorated with live hydrangea petals all the way down as part of the arrangement. This was clearly not meant to be done. I asked for a refund and was offered a plant instead. The refund is still refused and I refused the plant.

I paid £644 for a 7ft Christmas tree. When it came the tree was not 7ft but 6. It had cheap lights that don't work and a plastic stand. When the lights stopped working I did a bit more research and found out how ripped off I had been. The owner David Cohen and the team didn't listen to my complaints and instead just kept telling me how much they cared! The only thing they care about is taking your money. I REALLY would not use this company. GET your tree and flowers from elsewhere. I've attached a picture of the tree below.

I am absolutely appalled at the level of service offered by this company. I specifically ordered the birds of paradise bouquet, with next day delivery. This was intended to be a really special gift for a dear friend, they are her favourite flower which is why I chose that bouquet. I searched for a company that could provide those exact flowers and they accepted my order on Sunday. Four days later they decided they couldn’t meet the order. This was after I’d already had a dialogue with them and received an apology for the delayed processing of the order and an assurance it was now going to be dispatched.

The flowers I received looked absolutely beautiful but less than 70 hours later they started dying they responded saying cut flowers only last 3-5 days and just throw away the dead ones and keep the ones that are alive. These cost about £90. I have had flowers from supermarkets for only £10. That lasted 10 days I am shocked about the customer service you receive obviously once they have your money they don’t care. I wouldn’t waste your money here.

Terrible! Avoid unless you don't care whether your flowers arrive or not (this company certainly don't). I paid £14 to have flowers delivered in the evening (36 hours notice given) to friends in Clapham during a dinner party. I'd been invited but couldn't go so thought it would be nice if flowers and chocolates could arrive instead of me. No problem! Except there was. I received the notification that my flowers were on board. 10pm the link still said they were going to be delivered. But they were not. Nothing at all. I called the next day and explained that I was depending on the Flower Station to send flowers at a very specific time (between 18h00 and 22h00) for a specific event. The opportunity had been missed. I received a very unbothered response. I asked for a manager to call me. No-one has called. I got a refund but what a huge waste of time and, for me, a huge missed opportunity because of this waste of a company. AVOID!

Avoid this horrible florist. The rose bouquet I ordered almost no resemblance to the horrible one they delivered mainly filled with cheap daisies, simply appalling, and they subsequently couldn’t even be bothered to reply to my emails, let alone give me a refund – the bouquet was for my friend going through chemo. Simply appalling. I am absolutely furious. AVOID.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE I bought flowers from them on Sunday only to be sent a photo of DEAD FLOWERS from the person I had sent them to ON DAY3. I sent this photo to them to which they DID NOT APOLOGISE for the embarrassment caused by sending such poor quality flowers and worse than that tried to wriggle out of it by saying if I had told them on day 2 they MIGHT have done something! NOWHERE in the Baker St shop do they state damaged or poor quality must be advised within 2 days. I explained I had not had this situation before and at the very least the correct thing to do would be have been to apologise, however they had no interest to do this. I asked to speak to the owner and was told they couldn't be sure he would call me! POOR BUSINESS

One of my close friends nearly died the other weekend, she was in intensive care, the lot. When she was back home I used Flower Station to send her some flowers to her home nr Paddington. They arrived and were a lovely hand tied bunch of tulips. But the heart-felt message I wanted relaying said "Happy Birthday Michelle, from everyone at the Sheraton". When I complained Stan, on the phone was polite and apologetic. Told me to email which I did, with a photo of the message. It was ignored. I called and chased after a week and spoke to his supervisor who, when I said it wasn't what I paid for, said "the flowers were as you ordered, the message is free". I was disgusted. I said who sends flowers without a message? It's 50/50, the flowers and the message are just as important. She offered me £10 credit, but useless to me as I wouldn't use or recommend again. In the end she promised me £5 back into my account. We'll see if that turns up. Horrified by their lack of empathy. Will not use or recommend.

My parents have ordered pink bouquet for my Birthday, but what I have received-horrible red flowers, nowhere near to what was described! Do not recommend to anyone use this website, as you pay damn how much and get absolutely not what was described... horrible!!!

I am very disappointing at this shop! I have bought a deluxe bouquet for my friends birthday and they just send tulips very like the same from Tesco or any other shop. I wanted a nice and big bouquet and what I have received? Customer Services did not even answer to my complaint and I put a review on their website and they did not post it!
