“Clunky web-site, doesn't seem able to remember my e-mail address during application since it asks for it several times. Offers a discount then at end of application says choice is not included in offer! Uses flower terminology not necessarily known to ignorant customers, such as myself.”

“I ordered the Burst of Sunlight for my neighbour's Birthday. They looked beautiful when they arrived -I saw them, but she had difficulty watering them as there was plastic wrapping round the oasis in the basket. The water did not reach the flowers, and they only lasted a few days. A disappointing and expensive purchase.”

“Sorry to say, but the colour not as seen on advert, blue colours not the red/ yellow in picture, also I've had these before and they lasted a long time. Not this time, the heads fell pretty quick.”

“Flowers delivered but no message included, which I did write . Recipient did not know who sent the flowers! I went away after arranging for these flowers to be sent, so have yet to speak to the recipient.”

“I bought a bunch of flowers for my mum for mothers day and they arrived on time but the quality was not as good as seen in the picture and I also purchased a small gift with them which was not included when they arrived and this is why you have earned one star because when someone pays for something they have a tendency to expect them in the package.”

“I am sorry to have to write such a review but you did ask. The flowers that arrived looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the web page. The product was small, less colourful and had no “Wow Factor” about it at all. The flowers cost £23 and for a similar size bunch, Tesco would have been £7. Totally disappointed. It was my 7 year old that chose them for Mother’s Day and even he noticed the huge difference. Will not be ordering from your site again which is a pity because the range shown on the web looked great for the price.”

“I placed 2 orders and one was fine but the other was duplicated so I therefore had 2 boquets delivered to the same person and I was charged twice!”

“As these flowers were for Valentine's Day I was disappointed that they did not arrive until late afternoon. Also two flowers were very distressed and died after two days. The rest were OK after a couple of days but not the best I have ever had. Altogether I shall not be using you again.”

“The flowers were fine, but the delivery was a day later than promised and assured, which was sad, as they were a birthday present. I emailed to express dissatisfaction and received no reply. Admittedly it was Valentine's day, so a busy day for florists, but then why send me an email saying they had been despatched for the due day.”

“Unfortunately the flowers arrived very late in the day at about 2.30 pm (Valentines Day) to be a surprise and were not very much like the picture/colours on the website. They were rather a disappointment.”
