I was very disappointed with the flowers which were not the colour expected and seemed quite weak. The delivery service however was good. I would like to add that I have just discovered(16/1) that the flowers I bought for my mother's birthday on the 8th January were dead within a week. This is very disappointing and I feel you should really refund the money or send a replacement order.

I have been a customer of yours for some years and have in the past always been most satisfied with your flowers, but on this occasion I was rather disappointed. The bunch looked scrawny and never really filled out as the flowers we so small.

My mother received flowers on 31 December looked nice but by 3 jan. they were dead.dissapointed!

As we were apart at xmas I sent flowers to his mums place . My partner was at his mums when the flowers arrived and he said they were very disappointing and poor - he did not photo them .

Have used Flowers by Post for many years having excellent service. Ordered and paid for tracking on Christmas order which never arrived,the flowers were supposed to be sent again between Christmas and New Year only to find out the bouquet had been left behind not sent yet again. Had an email to say they had arranged for it to be delivered Jan 4th Not good enough,I should have been asked if I wanted a refund or not.The bouquet was for Christmas not at the beginning of the year.

Easy ordering process, good range of options, ability to choose delivery date all excellent. Flowers arrived on time the day of delivery but on opening the package I could see the lovely flowers were not in a sleep state as indicated on the documentation but were in full flower. The flowers were beautiful but did not last long - in 4 days one stem had become spent and soon after all stems died away, I expected to get at last a week of enjoyment and am disappointed in how soon they went over. The flowers ere lovely but didn’t last. Expensive for such brief enjoyment.

Sorry to say the flowers were not of good quality. It may have been to do with the weather but 5 of the heads were damaged and separate from the stalks. Sorry no photo.

Unfortunately flowers to our young friend were delivered on the Wednesday instead of the Tuesday probably not your fault but unfortunately she was at the hospital on the Wednesday morning for a check up after her first lot of chemo for breast cancer. The post didn't try and deliver them again and she had to fetch them herself from the post office on the Thursday even though she is not supposed to carry anything. I know it isn't your fault for them being a day late as I ordered them to be delivered on the 18th and they delivered them on the 19th. A Couple the flowers were crushed but on the whole bless her she was pleased to get them after all she is going through. Thank you Mrs Hazel Harrison.

Poor delivery on this order. Requested Friday delivery for Birthday, attempted delivery not till Saturday the time the recipient got home note to say left at PO , which was then closed till Monday. On collection Monday flowers in very poor state. Disappointed

Disappointed that the flowers did not arrive until 7pm on the arranged delivery day. It was only by chance that my friend found them on the doorstep even though they had been in at the time of delivery!!

Have used Flowers by Post for several years as always pleased with service and flowers. Recently standards have dropped as has the quality of the flowers. Placed this order on 13th November for delivery on 28th, our grandson's other Nan's 70th birthday, he was disappointed when he phoned her on her birthday to learn that they had not turned up. They arrived the following day. I also placed a subsequent order for my wife which did arrive on the day but have had to be thrown out today having lasted 5 days. I did contact Flowers by Post the last time the flowers only lasted a few days but received no response. Time to switch suppliers.

Flowers were sent to an aunt in a nursing home which is too far away for us to go and see. Asked for a Friday delivery, but they were delivered Monday. The staff at the home said the fern and some of the flowers were almost dead. I used to order regularly from you with excellent service, but the last few times I have been told the flowers have been disappointing.

I have dealt with your firm for many years as has the friend in Jersey, to whom the flowers were going. I was very disappointed when she rang to say all she got was the small card, that usually goes with the flowers. You have since heard that her flowers have been delivered. We will both use you again, but if anything goes wrong again, we will both be taking our custom elsewhere.

We have been buying flowers from you for many years, and have always been very satisfied with the service until our most recent order. I ordered 2 lots of flowers to be sent to 2 separate addresses in Jersey. They were both 4 days late arriving, and were no longer fresh, the orders had been in transit for over a week. They had been posted from an address in England! Michael Simpson

I ordered some autumnal orchids for my daughter who was feeling a bit low. The flowers arrived and already some of the heads had fallen off. The stems were nothing like the length of the ones in the photo and generally I was very disappointed when I saw them myself
