“Ordered for arrival on a Thursday. Eventually arrived on Saturday. Unacceptable for a date specific delivery.”

“Unfortunately the flowers delivered (which were for a special Wedding Anniversary) were not the flowers I had ordered, and no member of staff had contacted me to tell me this. I was therefore on this occasion I was very disappointed. The flowers were good, but there was no communication from the firm letting me know that a different order had been sent due to poor stocks for the original order.”

“Unfortunately the flowers were delivered on Monday 30 July when they were ordered to arrive on Saturday 28 July as my daughter in law was due out of hospital on the 27 July and they were a welcome home gift. Naturally the flowers were all out and beginning to show signs of deterioration by Monday and we were not all happy about this delay.”

“The flowers arrived on time and we're nice for a few days but then, despite being adequately watered, fed and out of direct sunlight, within a few days they wilted and died. I emailed customer services twice but apart from an automated message I have had no contact from an actual person. It appears that once they have your money the service ends.”

“The last flowers I received looked in a poor condition on arrival and never really picked up despite the addition of the flower fertilizer supplied with the flowers. I have sent an email to explain the situation, as I have had numerous flowers in the past that have been excellent in appearance and lasted for a long time.”

“I ordered a bouquet as a thank you; I didn't get an acknowledgment from the recipient that they'd arrived and Flowers by Post don't have a tracking system. Sadly this means I won't be able to use them in future.”

“Following always sending these flowers to friends for a number of years , my daughter who was stopping with me sent me some as she left . Sadly two stems were broken in delivery and of course I could not tell her . Will not use again in case others have had same experience”

“Flowers (20 Yellow roses - wedding anniversary) arrived on time which is good. Unfortunately, arrived looking tired, and within 4 days were all dead. A good idea severely backfired. I'll have to think carefully before coming back, I'm afraid.”

“Would have given a 2.5 but unable to. Flowers arrived on the day desired - but I ordered a birthday balloon to be added to the order and this was missing. The flowers were ok. I phoned straight away and they offered to send the balloon out (which would have been received the next day). As this was a birthday bouquet this was not acceptable. I was informed it was down to the packing department. First time using your company so it was not a good start.”

“You tell me !! Yellow roses looked great upon arrival. They didn't bloom - went brown and rotted, all within a week. These were part of a present to my Wife on her 62nd Birthday - very disappointing. Our neighbour bought a small bunch of flowers which are still going strong and very pretty from Co-Op local Stores for my wife. On experience only that it where I shall be going in the future.”

“The flowers did not arrive at the destination! I don't know what went wrong this time, as service has always been good over the years. I sent you a message asking why, but only had an automated reply back. It is too late now to send the flowers. I am verry dissapointed. Christine Curris”

“I ordered these flowers to be delivered on Saturday 19th Mayfor my wifes Birthday on the 20th may, the arrived on the 18th May and were dead by the 21st May what a load of rubish you sent me and I will never use you again”

“you said that the flowers would be delivered on Saturday but they didn't arrive until Monday and i have to say when my friend received them I asked for a photograph they looked poor for the amount I paid. I wont use the service again.”
