The flowers arrived on the delivery date stated but the bouquet was smaller than the one shown in the picture. The stems had been counted wrongly and the whole bunch did not contain 20 stems that I had ordered and paid for.

The wrong flowers, to a lower price than I had paid, were delivered. I contacted the company by e-mail as soon as I realised the error, but it took a further e-mail to obtain a response. The correct flowers, which are lovely, were finally delivered 5 days late, but the moment had passed. Disappointing service.

I chose yellow freesias which were advertised as scented they were not either, the gypsofilia was very sparse,not what I’d hoped for for the price. Sorry!

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed by the roses I ordered. The local florists was closed for the week, and I was arranging flowers for my daughter's funeral. The funeral was on Friday, so I ordered roses to arrive on Thursday, ready to arrange on Friday morning. Instead, the roses arrived on Wednesday, earlier than anticipated, and when I opened the box they were already browning. I should really have photographed them when I opened the box and complained, but I was more concerned with getting the arrangements done for the funeral at the time. Although the box says "this way up" it had been delivered face down, so the roses were left on their heads, which may account for the fact they already looked disappointing on delivery. Insufficient packaging meant there was nothing to protect them if the instructions on the outer box were ignored (which they clearly were). By the time I arranged them on Friday, the white roses were already well past their best. Other roses given to me at the funeral are still blooming a week later, but all the ones from this delivery have shrivelled and died. I still have some white roses given to me on New Year's Eve that are in a better condition than these! Because I can make a direct comparison, I am disappointed with Flowers by Post, and sadly cannot recommend. (Photo taken the day of the funeral, which as you can see, shows that the roses were already discoloured by then).

I requested delivery of this order for Tuesday/Wednesday. The reason being that it was possible for the flowers to be picked/packed on Monday, The order arrived on Monday, Because of this, it was very clear that the blooms had been cut/packed on Friday. The weekend spent in transit. This was clear by the amount, typically 6 inches of dead stem had to be removed from each bloom. This is not the service I have come to expect from your company. For the second year running a friend was sent the wrong bouquet for her birthday - green carnations instead of yellow. A replacement was sent but I am seriously thinking of switching to a more reliable supplier. A shame, as I have had several years of reliable service.

Ordered a particular bouquet for my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary to match her wedding bouquet, but the wrong one was sent. When contacted the correct one was sent finally. The quality of all the flowers was very good and the problem was dealt with quickly. Pity about the original error.

My friend face booked a thank you to me for the flowers, she sent a photo of them and quite frankly I was embarrassed at how meagre they looked. Very disappointed. I won't be using you again. Very poor value for the money.

Hi - the flowers ordered were for a friend. I believe they arrived around 23 December so I was a bit disappointed when I called in to see my friend (who lives some distance from me) on 29 December and they had mostly wilted. There were also not the number I anticipated - in effect one medium vase not particularly full and looking very 'droopy'. Maybe its the time of year as the people I normally send these to are usually really happy with the quality so I think maybe a one off - I hope so anyway! The rating only reflects this bouquet - I would normally rate 4 or 5.

I have asked for an up-date on delivery - which you were unable to give me. As it was to someone recently widowed I do not feel I can "ring and ask"! if they arrived.

The flowers arrived a day late but prior to Xmas but I was contacted by customer services even though you were closed well done. First time however I was very disappointed with the product the basket was very sparse and the block they were stuck into was covered in plastic so watering was not efficient Flowers have now died very soon after receipt

The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on the Saturday, my Mother stayed in all day to accept delivery but they didn't turn up until Monday, I realise this is probably down to the Royal Mail or whaever it is called these days but that doesn't alter the fct they were late. When the postman delivered the box ne pionted out that on the box it had big arrows pionting "up" and the words "keep this way up" but the address panel had been stuck on the bottom which meant the box had to be turned upside down to be able to read the address. Little things I know but important to running a succesful business, the flowers themselves were very good and much appreciated.

Not sure if my earlier comments were sent. Problem was the green foliage was covered with a green paste which the roses and their stems. It also came off on hands and clothes. Never seen this before with artificially coloured foliage. Fortunately my wife cleaned the main flowers which were fine. Richard Forster

At time of writing have not had flowers supposedly delivered on 18thDec ( 24 th Dec) so no position to comment on the flowers. Usually good and long lasting S Elliott

I am not happy, I only had white and purple orchids and not a mixture of colours as shown on the website

Mixture of stems was very good especially for time of year. Packaging was good and order arrived on time. Yellow roses were already going brown when they arrived and had to be thrown away next day. Rest of display lasted well into the next week. Would not recommend as too disappointing to recipient.
