The wrong colour flowers were sent :I ordered 5 mixed orchids and 5 blue / mauve were delivered . I emailed customer services and the correct bunch was sent within 2 days . I would not have been happy if these had been delivered directly to my daughter as they looked very funereal.

Several flower heads had broken off and others were squashed so I had only a few flowers on my sideboard when my Dad's funeral was on, I was unable to go because I suffer a disability which does not enable me to go out so have to rely on what I buy online.

Sadly out of 3 bunches one was completely the wrong colour. Instead of pink - bright yellow. I phoned and then sent a photograph requesting a refund. No reply as yet to this email sent more than a week ago. The 3rd bunch of spray carnations had one broken stem and 2 heads missing. As I was using these flowers for a funeral wreath, the colours really mattered.

The flowers due on Saturday, did not arrive until Monday. The roses were in a poor state. I shall not be using this site again.

flowers didn't last they normally last for a month these were gone in a fortnight stems just dropped ,rainbow carnations you normally supply are muti coloured these only had four different colours .very disappointed this time is it because you are using a different supplier noticed these didn't come from jersey but richmond

Despite ordering a yellow carnation arrangement, the first one that arrived was white. Customer support apologized and arranged for another one to be sent 2 days later. When it arrived it was orange carnations. At this point I gave up and bought flowers from elsewhere. I will not be ordering again as obviously have a serious problem that will need addressed.

Flowers only lasted 5 days πŸ˜’ Contacted you and it was rectified very quickly, new flowers received today 11th , my cousin was very pleased with them, Thankyou very much, a much happier customer πŸ‘β˜ΊοΈ

I have used Flowers by Post for many years and previously had always been very happy with the delivery options and quality of the flowers. Sadly the last bunch of flowers that I bought for my Mum fell well below the normal high standard. My Mum felt she should tell me so that I could provide some feedback. The roses looked well past their best when they were delivered and only lasted a few days before they had to be thrown away, such a shame!

Flowers were lovely but unfortunately as reported to you at the time having paid for greenery and gypsophela there was no gypsophela which was disappointing.

Flowers were ordered for my wife for our 60th wedding anniversary. They arrived on time and my wife was delighted, however after a four days they had to be discarded as they were 'mouldy'. They did not seem to be fresh. I was going to write to you to complain but time passed and I forgot because I was too busy. Lawrence collins
